Our Norwegian Salmon arrives fresh on a weekly basis. We then have them expertly filleted, cleaned and vacuum sealed to maintain the freshness. 

Norwegian salmon can be used for sushi or grills. 

Our fillets are cut from fish weighing between 3kg to 4kg each on whole weight. 

The filleted weight is between 1.20kg and 1.45kg.

Our crayfish tails are caught off the West Coast of South Africa by artisanal fishermen. 

The tails range in size from 50g to 85g each. [10cm to 14cm in length]

They are perfect to use in curries.
