Our crayfish tails are caught off the East Coast of South Africa by artisanal fishermen.
The tails range in size from 85g to 100g each. [10cm to 14cm in length]. A pack of 6 tails averages 550g with an average of 90g+ per tail.
They are perfect to use in curries, braaing or grilling.
