Our crayfish tails are caught off the East Coast of South Africa by artisanal fishermen.
The tails range in size from 100g to 120g each. [12cm to 15cm in length]. A pack of 5 tails averages 550g with an average of 110g+ per tail.
They are perfect to use in curries, braaing or grilling.
