Our crayfish tails are caught off the East Coast of South Africa by artisanal fishermen.
The tails range in size from 65g to 85g each. [10cm to 14cm in length]. A pack of 8 tails averages 600g with an average of 70g+ per tail.
They are perfect to use in curries, braaing or grilling.
