Namibian Snoek is caught in the clear, cold waters of the Atlantic off the coast of Namibia.
The Namibian Snoek weighs between +- 1.5kg to 3kg each.
It is revered for being of a higher quality than South African snoek and is usually bigger, thicker and juicier when cooked.
Namibian snoek is only available for 6 months of the year so always take advantage of the availability and enjoy a lekker snoek braai or use in pickled fish.
