Our kingklip is caught off the Southern African coast from Walvis Bay in Namibia until Algoa Bay in South Africa. The kingklip is caught at sea, filleted and portioned. They are then quick frozen to lock in the freshness until ready to be enjoyed.
Our kingklip portions are white in colour and are used by top restaurants.
Every portion is individually wrapped. They weigh 220g to 250g each and a pack of 4 portions weigh 900g.
