These kingklip portions are crafted from the smaller cuts left after preparing our larger kingklip portions. While the pieces vary slightly in size and thickness, they are perfect for a wide variety of seafood recipes. Their tender texture and mild, sweet flavour make them ideal for curries, seafood stews, pasta dishes, seafood paella, chowders, and grilled or pan-fried fish meals.

Our kingklip is caught off the Southern African coast from Walvis Bay in Namibia until Algoa Bay in South Africa.
Every portion is individually vacuum sealed and packed 6 portions in a pack.
Portions are then quick frozen to lock in the freshness until ready to be enjoyed.
