Our Cape Salmon, also known as Geelbek, is caught of the eastern South Atlantic coast.
They are handline caught sporadically from October to December and more regularly from February to May.
After receiving the fish fresh from our fishermen the fish is filleted and cut into 150g to 180g portions.
Every portion is individually vacuum sealed and packed 6 portions in a pack.
Portions are then quick frozen to lock in the freshness until ready to be enjoyed.

Every effort has been taken to remove all bones from the salmon.
Cape Salmon can be enjoyed in a variety of ways - they are best enjoyed grilled or on the braai but can also be used in curries.
Please do not overcook Cape Salmon.
