Our Norwegian Salmon arrives fresh on a weekly basis. We then have them expertly filleted, cleaned and cut into 150g to 180g portions.
Every portion is individually vacuum sealed and packed 6 portions in a pack.
Portions are then quick frozen to lock in the freshness until ready to be enjoyed.

Every effort has been taken to remove all pin bones from the salmon.
