Our Cape Salmon, also known as Geelbek, is caught of the eastern South Atlantic coast.
They are handline caught sporadically from October to December and more regularly from February to May.
After receiving the fish fresh from our fishermen the fish is filleted and vacuum sealed.
The Cape Salmon fillets weigh between 650g and 750g
Every effort has been taken to remove all bones from the salmon.
Cape Salmon can be enjoyed in a variety of ways - they are best enjoyed grilled or on the braai but can also be used in curries.
Please do not overcook Cape Salmon.
