Our Norwegian Salmon arrives fresh on a weekly basis. We then have them expertly filleted, cleaned and vacuum sealed to maintain the freshness.
Norwegian salmon can be used for sushi or grills.
Our fillets are cut from fish weighing between 4kg to 5kg each on whole weight.
The filleted weight is between 2.60kg and 3.25kg.
