Our haddock is oak smoked by someone very passionate about smoking hake. Exporting most of his produce to Europe and Australia, now you too can enjoy the results of a decades old tradition.
The haddock is produced using hake fillets that are expertly oak smoked at an export certified smokehouse.
The haddock fillets range in size from 112g to 168g. This is the perfect size for home use.
Each 3kg pack consists of between 18 and 24 haddock fillets
