These tender baby tubes and tentacles are caught in the Falkland Islands. They are also known as Patagonica and is regarded as one of the best species of calamari. 

No chemical treatment is required when processing and cleaning this calamari as it is naturally very tender.

They come conveniently packed in a 900g pack of mostly tubes [70%} and tentacles [30%]. 

Cooking tip: These calamari tubes cook very quickly, so flash fry for about 4min on high heat to ensure they stay soft, juicy and tender.
